Purposefully, I choose not to work with everyone interested. My engagements work best when all team members are on the same page, working together, and driving towards the same goals. Let’s be clear: successful inbound marketing requires on-going work, consistent monitoring, iterating, lots of testing, and allowing time for increased improvement.
My clients not only understand the concept of inbound marketing and all the moving parts involved, they are also ready to dive deep into the methodology to achieve the desired, qualitative and quantifiable, results they are seeking to exceed.
Regardless of where you are with your marketing efforts, every engagement starts with a needs analysis. This initial call is absolutely critical in determining what resources, internally and/or externally, you will need to achieve, and surpass, your goals. (If you don’t have goals yet, that’s ok too; we cover that in the initial call!).
By developing the macro, big-picture strategy first, we then work together to outline the blueprint to get you to your goals as efficiently and effectively as possible. At the same time, a grand strategy is useless unless you know how to implement the micro tactics. If you cannot pull all of the disparate pieces together to form a cohesive whole, with actionable and measurable benchmarks, you are wasting your time and money.
